PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The food thermos Esbit Food Jug 0.5 l is made of top-quality stainless steel. The special non-slip outer surface prevents the thermos from slipping out of your hand or glove. Thanks to its suitable dimensions, the thermos is easy to handle. All sizes of this thermos have the same diameter and differ only in height. Good insulation performance is ensured by the double-wall construction, which is additionally coated on the inside with a layer of silver. Silver improves insulating properties, has an antibacterial effect and prevents dirt deposits.
To achieve optimal performance, the manufacturer recommends filling the thermos with warm water before placing hot food inside. For cold food, use cold water. In this way you can easily precondition the thermos for transporting your meal.
A major advantage is the integrated pressure release valve in the lid design. By pressing it, you release excess pressure from the thermos. This means you do not have to worry about hot steam escaping or the lid popping off. After unscrewing, the lid can be used as a food bowl.
