The Epic designers are now coming with something slightly more classic – the ONE Walnut range with an elegantly shaped walnut stock.
Introducing EPIC ONE – a new icon from the world‑renowned company EPIC AIRGUNS based in the Czech Republic. The EPIC team has put to use all the experience gained from producing the successful TWO model and turned it into its compact bullpup successor. The high manufacturing quality is evident from every angle – for example, the main monoblock of the air rifle is machined from a single piece of metal on a 5‑axis CNC machine.
This bullpup boasts a new adjustable HIGH-POWER balanced valve, which ensures maximum power with minimal hammer spring tension, making it easier to cock the sidelever. At the same time, it reduces air waste and thus increases the shot count per fill. Hammer pre‑tension can be adjusted externally using the screw located above the buttpad.
The air cylinder with a maximum working pressure of up to 300 bar (4350 PSI) can be filled using the supplied fill probe with a standard 1/8” diameter compatible with standard quick‑connect couplers. The rifle is equipped with 2 pressure gauges – one indicating the current pressure in the cylinder and the other for the pressure in the externally adjustable regulator, which can be adjusted with the included tool within a range of 50 to 190 bar (always follow the instructions in the manual).
For even more consistent muzzle velocity, the regulator is complemented by a large power plenum (63cc for the 420mm barrel version and 95cc for the 550mm and 700mm barrels).
EPIC ONE air rifles are equipped with a non‑choked CZUB barrel (Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod) with 12 grooves and a 17.7” twist rate. The barrel muzzle is fitted with a 1/2UNF thread for mounting a sound moderator. The carbon shroud serves to stiffen the barrel and also allows for barrel pre‑tension (harmonic tuning).
Air rifles with 420mm and 550mm barrels are additionally equipped with an integrated K‑Baffle type sound moderator, also ending with a 1/2UNF thread.
On the 700mm barrel version, after unscrewing the 1/2UNF threaded segment and revealing the M27x1 thread, the rifle is compatible with an EPIC AIRGUNS sound moderator or with a muzzle brake.
With the barrel kit you can freely change the barrel length and overall calibre of the air rifle. The set includes everything you need (barrel, carbon shroud with M27x1 thread, 1/2UNF moderator adapter, 1/2UNF thread protector, transfer port and probe).
For the very best results with heavy pellets and slugs, a barrel kit with a non‑choked polygonal Lothar Walther barrel is also available (6 grooves with a 17.7” twist rate).
The ONE series is equipped with a new pre‑tensioned magazine with a magnetically closing cover. To load it, simply rotate the inner part and insert the first round, which locks the rotary mechanism. Thanks to its compact size, the magazine does not disrupt the overall look of the air rifle and does not interfere with handling. In addition, it holds projectiles up to 14mm long.
Thanks to the smart bullpup design, the ONE model achieves exceptionally compact dimensions while remaining perfectly balanced. A rubberised cheekpiece, which can be moved freely along the 11mm dovetail rail running along the entire main block of the air rifle, ensures proper shouldering. The elevated Picatinny rail with up to 30 MOA inclination is also adjustable and makes it easier to zero the scope for shooting at extreme distances.
Instead of an adjustable aluminium buttpad, the Walnut range boasts a walnut stock manufactured by the renowned Czech company KLINSKY, finished down to the smallest detail. The selected wood has a unique texture, making each air rifle one of a kind. If you already own the standard EPIC ONE version, you can purchase the wooden stock separately here.
You can also purchase the Top Rail EPIC ONE – a tuning Picatinny rail with multiple M‑LOK slots on the sides, or an Arca‑Swiss mounting platform for versions with a 580cc and 300cc carbon cylinder.
To attach additional accessories, you can use two short Anschütz UIT rails on the sides of the barrel.
Trigger mechanism – fine‑tuned down to the last detail. With several screws you can adjust the trigger pull weight, the first and second stage travel, as well as the height and angle of the trigger blade. A reliable lever safety is located right in front of the trigger, so you don’t have to take your eyes off the target when taking the rifle off safe. The easily reversible sidelever with an extremely smooth action is already standard on EPIC air rifles.
EPIC ONE Walnut is available in three configuration variants:
NOTE – The EPIC ONE air rifle offers numerous options for adjusting internal and external components, and some modifications require extensive knowledge of PCP air rifles. Always follow the user manual – incorrect procedures may lead to irreversible damage to the air rifle and loss of warranty.
