Duke Pepper Storm Refill Kit

Duke Pepper Storm Refill Kit is a replacement kit for the repeated use of Pepper Storm Kit and Pepper Storm Tripwire Kit systems. It replaces consumed parts after previous activation, while the internal mechanism of the original system can be used repeatedly.

35 g irritant filling

The basis of the refill kit is a pre-filled plastic container containing 35 g of powder filling with 5% active capsaicinoids from OC with 96% purity. These capsaicinoids have a strong irritant effect, particularly on the eyes, respiratory tract and skin.

Once assembled, the original Pepper Storm principle is retained. Upon activation, the 12g CO2 cartridge is pierced and compressed carbon dioxide (CO2) begins to fill the plastic container. Once critical pressure is reached, the container bursts violently, creating an acoustic effect of approximately 158 dB while simultaneously dispersing the irritant powder into the surrounding area.

For standard and Tripwire versions

The Refill Kit is intended for both the Pepper Storm Kit and Pepper Storm Tripwire Kit. The kit therefore includes safety catches corresponding to both assembly methods.

For further use, a 12g CO2 cartridge is also required; it is not included in the package and must be purchased separately.

Reassembly procedure

When replacing the filling and installing the CO2 cartridge, it is necessary to proceed with extreme caution. Assembly involves handling an open container containing strongly irritant powder.

We therefore recommend carrying out handling outdoors or in a well-ventilated area and using protective gloves, eye protection and respiratory protection. Spilling or inhaling the irritant filling must be avoided.
