Creamy scrambled eggs with ham and cheese Adventure Menu Lightweight

Adventure Menu Lightweight is a product line of freeze-dried meals made from 100% natural ingredients by the Czech manufacturer Adventure Menu. With the Lightweight range you can save up to 80% of weight and 30% of energy. To prepare these products, you simply add water up to the fill line inside the pouch and wait until they are rehydrated again. Then you just heat them up in a pot or in a self-heating system and you have a meal on the go just like at home (and often even better).

Creamy scrambled eggs with ham and cheese are one of the staple Czech breakfasts. It is a very filling meal that will replenish your energy and also warm you up on the go. Few people would imagine that they can enjoy scrambled eggs somewhere on a mountain ridge or during a multi-day trip in the wild, even without a fire or cooking. However, Adventure Menu has made the impossible possible and added another nutritious meal to the Czech MRE (meal ready to eat).

The eggs contain 83% eggs, 5% ham, 2% Gouda cheese (milk, salt, cheese cultures), cream cheese (milk, cream, salt, dairy cultures), red onion, butter (milk), salt, and pepper. In total you get 16% fat, 5.9% saturated fat, 17% protein, 2% carbohydrates, 0.7% sugar and 0.8% salt. Altogether it provides you with 575.1 kcal (2,397.6 kJ).

The packaging measures 21 x 18 x 5 cm and weighs only 90 g. Inside you will find 75 g of food. After adding water, the eggs make one full portion. The total weight of the prepared meal will then be 270 g.
