The blade has a matte black finish that protects it from corrosion. The carbon steel used in the production is marked 1055 - it is characterised by high hardness, but at the same time it is not fragile. The machete has a new unconventional curve that increases the efficiency of the cut.
The handle is made of strong and flexible polypropylene. It also bears a knurled finish so it won't slip out of your hand.
The Cor-Ex™ sheath has a belt loop and is included within the package. This keeps your machete close by.
