Its name is derived from Luzon, the largest island in the Philippines. The ergonomically shaped GFN (a combination of nylon and fiberglass) handle is complemented by a pocket clip. There is even a loop for possible hanging.
The Straightback shaped blade is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel with a hardness of 57-58 HRC. The blade is 152 mm long and the overall size of the knife when open is 342 mm.
The safety is ensured by a double locking system. This consists of a Liner Lock and an additional sliding lock that secures the blade in the open position.
