The machete has a Bolo blade profile. Thanks to the curved shape of the blade and the very thick and wide tip, it is primarily intended for chopping. It is also suitable for work in dense vegetation. Its balance point is shifted closer to the tip, which saves you effort. The 457 mm long blade is made of 1055 tool carbon steel. This makes it very strong and resistant to damage. You also don’t have to worry about rust. The blade has a black anti-corrosion coating.
The handle is made of polypropylene and gives the tool very good support. The machete is supplied including a reinforced Cor-Ex sheath with a belt loop for carrying on your belt, so you can always have it at hand.
