The COBB Premier Air Deluxe grill is an excellent portable grill that produces almost no smoke and has a design that allows it to be carried safely while in full operation. The outer shell is well separated from the internal heat source – it therefore remains cool throughout the entire grilling process. The versatility of the Air Deluxe is enormous. With it you can fry and cook, grill, smoke, and bake. For example, you can place vegetables and potatoes in the inner bowl. Then just add water, beer, or wine (max. 200 ml) and prepare a juicy side dish. Meanwhile, you can grill, bake, or fry on the cooking plate.

During operation, odour is reduced to a minimum because fats and juices from the food are drained away from the hot coals. Although it does not produce so many “emissions” that you could not use it in more built‑up areas, it is still not suitable for unventilated and enclosed spaces. The inner bowl can be easily washed or lined with an aluminium foil sleeve, which you then simply roll up and throw away. All parts of the grill can be cleaned with water and detergents.

The newly developed lid has a built‑in air‑flow control system. If you want to increase the temperature, simply turn the lid handle, which enlarges or reduces the ventilation openings located in the top part of the lid. Fully open vents provide more air intake and a higher temperature. If the heat seems too high, just restrict the air flow by reducing the size of the vents.
