Adventure Menu is a Czech producer of sterilized meals made from 100% natural ingredients. They are known for their quality and excellent taste. You definitely don’t need to worry about any chemicals. For preparation you don’t need any water. You just heat these products in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a couple of decilitres of water) and you have a meal for your trip just like at home (and often even better).
Beef goulash with potatoes is a time‑tested classic that you never really get tired of. It is a very tasty and filling meal that will warm you up and replenish the nutrients you need on the go. There is nothing better than having a full main meal on a mountain ridge or on a multi‑day trip in the wild, and above all without the hassle of making a fire and cooking. Adventure Menu has achieved the almost impossible and has added another item to the Czech MRE (Meal, Ready-to-Eat).
The dish contains 36% potatoes, 30% prime beef, onion, rice flour, corn flour, rapeseed oil, tomato purée, garlic, salt and paprika. In total you will find 3% fat, 1.2% saturated fat, 6.8% protein, 8.4% carbohydrates, 0.8% sugars and 1.3% salt. Altogether it provides 352 kcal (1476 kJ).
The pack measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The contents of the pouch are enough for one full serving. This pack has a shelf life of up to 3 years.
