Beef goulash with potatoes Adventure Menu

The dish contains 36% potatoes, 30% prime beef, onion, rice flour, corn flour, rapeseed oil, tomato purée, garlic, salt and paprika. In total you will find 3% fat, 1.2% saturated fat, 6.8% protein, 8.4% carbohydrates, 0.8% sugars and 1.3% salt. Altogether it provides 352 kcal (1476 kJ).

The pack measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The contents of the pouch are enough for one full serving. This pack has a shelf life of up to 3 years.
