Balabán MOJO Hawk - Jestřáb is the ideal tool for calling foxes and other predators. Simply place the decoy above the Tvor decoy or another similar bait and let the predator know, using an electronic caller, that a hawk has found wounded prey that it is about to deal with. If the predator wants easy prey, it has to hurry.

Predators tend to stay a few metres away from the prey, then circle downwind so they can attack unnoticed. The sound of wounded prey makes the trap more realistic and attracts the predator’s attention to the prey. It then lets its guard down and often overlooks you as the hunter, especially if the sounds are coming directly from the bait. If the predator thinks it has to hurry or it will miss its chance, it will not circle the prey downwind so as not to waste valuable time. This also reduces the chance that it will pick up your scent.

Predatory animals often search for their prey by watching birds of prey. From above, it is very easy to spot wounded prey. Thanks to birds of prey, predators can thus get to an easy catch.

The decoy is designed to simulate a fighting hawk at the moment it has found wounded prey. It is supplied in a package with a standard rechargeable 6V battery and a chest mount for the decoy and a stand.
