Air rifle TAC 4.5 mm belongs among the first CO2 rifles made by ASG. By its construction it is very similar to pistols and thanks to its stock it resembles a tactical weapon. The exception is the barrel, which is significantly longer. The polymer stock is finished with a rubber butt pad.
The magazine is inserted, just like with classic pistols, into the grip, where you also insert a standard 12 g cartridge. The speed of reloading is guaranteed thanks to this system. The magazine for steel BBs is released and immediately slides out after pressing the catch. The trigger and trigger guard of this gun are made of plastic. And one of the most important pieces of information: after loading the magazine and pressurising the gun, nothing will stop you – you can shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger, as the gun operates in semi‑automatic mode.
To help you hit the target accurately, the rifle is equipped with classic fixed sights. A riflescope or red dot sight can be mounted on a 22 mm Weaver rail. You will also appreciate that on the rail of the same size placed on the underside of the gun, you can mount, for example, a tactical flashlight or a bipod.
Operation of the CO2 system: The cartridge is inserted into the gun and pierced on the pin by mechanical closing. After disengaging the safety and pulling the trigger, the hammer strikes a quick‑acting valve that releases a dose of CO2 into the barrel. The spring in the magazine pushes the next BB into the chamber and firing is repeated simply by pulling the trigger.
Our experience: The rifle fits well in the hand, even for younger shooters. Not only for beginners, the included bipod serves very well. The magazine has a capacity of 21 BBs and a major advantage is the semi‑automatic mode. This is an affordable, attractively stocked gun for recreational shooting with the option to mount a variety of interesting accessories. Would you like to use a laser sight? No problem, there is space for it under the barrel. However, it is not included with the gun, but you can purchase it as an accessory.

Great air rifle for a budding kid. It doesn't weigh anything, a lot of shooting
(min. 3 magazines and more), 15–20m plinking from a standing position on cans
is absolutely cool and the possibility to buy an integrable laser, let's have
fun. Long weaver blades for everything, but the sights are absolutely
disastrous, but at least they are removable. I replaced it with a collimator
and it's been a blast ever since…
