Military Daily Ration MRE from Arpol is the ideal emergency pack. You never know when they will come in handy. Moreover, it may not only be a lifesaver in times of life disasters, but you can also use it on hiking trips or on ordinary hikes or trekking. You certainly won't get enough nutrients from mushrooms and old bread.
A military ration should last a person all day. It contains three basic meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. These three meals can be heated with ease, without fire - using flameless (chemical) heating. In the package you will find basic necessities such as a flameless heater, toilet paper, wet wipes or spare toothbrushes. The total weight of the package is 1850 g and together the package delivers an energy value of up to 3317 kcal.
Three main meals form the basis of the whole package. However, in addition to these, the MREs also contain instant beetroot soup, sugar (3 x 10 g), coffee sweets (3 pcs),vitamin C sweets (3 pcs), chewing gum (3 pcs), cutlery, salt and pepper (3 pcs), plastic bag (1 pcs), toilet paper (1 pcs), wet wipes (3 pcs), matches and disposable toothbrushes (3 pcs).
