This time they present another addition to the family of compact bullpups called Krait WX 5.5mm. You can recognize this unique variant at first glance thanks to its beautiful laminate stock with elegant lines. The air cylinder has also been updated – the air volume has been increased again, now up to an impressive 700cc. The last difference is the safety. It is no longer designed as a rotary switch, but as a brass pin that must be pushed from the left or right side.
All other parts of the air rifle remain unchanged, such as the precise 700mm shrouded barrel with a twist rate of 1/17, and at its end there is a standard 1/2x20 UNF thread for mounting a sound moderator.
The air rifle is equipped with two pressure gauges that show the pressure in the cylinder and in the externally adjustable pressure regulator. The icing on the cake is the Power Plenum with a capacity of 60cc.
Precise shooting is ensured by a fully adjustable two‑stage trigger, and users will also appreciate the option to swap the sidelever with an extremely smooth action to the opposite side.
There are a total of 4 rails for mounting accessories, 3 of which are Picatinny type. The scope mounting rail is inclined by 20 MOA for easier scope adjustment for long‑range shooting. Instead of the usual bottom Picatinny rail, this air rifle has a longer UIT rail, which can be used, via an adapter, to attach a range of accessories from Spartan Precision Equipment.
The height‑adjustable cheekpiece and the height‑ and length‑adjustable buttpad are already standard on the Krait series air rifles and are not missing from this exclusive version either.
