Snowpeak M60 TB is a modern tactical PCP air rifle with a 500cc carbon fibre bottle, an externally adjustable pressure regulator and a 610mm barrel. It features a sidelever cocking mechanism, an adjustable two-stage trigger and a durable aluminium construction.
Carbon fibre bottle and regulated PCP system
The main distinguishing feature of the M60 TB is its 500 cc carbon fibre bottle with a maximum fill pressure of 250 bar. Compared with aluminium bottles, the carbon fibre design offers a more favourable weight-to-volume ratio. Filling is carried out using a standard quick-connect adapter.
The air system uses an externally adjustable pressure regulator. Two separate pressure gauges allow pressure monitoring – one displays the bottle pressure, the other the pressure downstream of the regulator.
Barrel and sound moderator
The air rifle is equipped with a 610mm rifled barrel, enclosed along its entire length by a shroud that increases the overall rigidity of the construction. The shroud is fitted with a sound moderator at the muzzle, which reduces the sound of the shot.
Sidelever cocking and rotary magazine
Reloading is handled by a side-mounted cocking lever (sidelever) located on the right-hand side of the body above the trigger. The air rifle uses a high-capacity magazine, which is inserted into the rear section of the stock from the right-hand side.
Adjustable two-stage trigger
The two-stage trigger mechanism allows adjustment of the trigger pull weight and travel, including the position of the trigger blade. This allows the trigger characteristics to be tailored to the shooter's individual preferences.
A manual safety is located above the trigger on the right-hand side of the body, within reach of the index finger.
Ergonomic stock and mounting rails
The all-metal construction made from black anodised aluminium is complemented by an AR-15-style pistol grip (so you can easily replace it with another one), a fixed polymer cheekpiece and a height-adjustable rubber butt pad.
For mounting optics, there is an upper rail Picatinny. Another Picatinny rail is located on the underside of the fore-end.
