The Reximex Zone Turkish bullpup is a great choice for all shooters who want a quality PCP air rifle with a regulator at an affordable price. It's more than clear that the Reximex will eventually be a big challenge to its fellow competitors Kral Arms and Hatsan, which is good news for all airgun fans.
The stock of this thoroughbred bullpup is comfortable to hold, and the compact size and thus well-distributed weight means that your arms won't get tired after prolonged shooting. There is an adjustable rubber buttstock at the end. Three rows of M-LOK slots are provided on the forearm for the eventual mounting of rails or a bipod.
The cocking mechanism is fitted with a classic lever with an extended handle with rugged surface. The 580 mm barrel is covered halfway along its length with an integrated sound moderator, and right below it, there is a 260cc cartridge with a maximum filling pressure of 250 Bar. There is also a 1/2 UNF thread at the muzzle for mounting an external moderator.
The trigger itself has adjustable weight in 4 steps. As it does not include conventional sights, it is necessary to purchase a suitable riflescope, for which a 22mm Picatinny mounting rail is provided. Together with the air rifle we get two 10-round magazines.

Already at the outset I am forced to express my complete satisfaction.
First of all, I did not expect such accuracy from the 6.35 mm calibre. The
conditions were not optimal, temperature around 12°C and wind, but I couldn't
stand it anymore, I had to shoot the air rifle at least roughly. The cartridge
was inflated to 250 bar with the aim not to inflate anymore, just to shoot, let
the pressure drop to 100 bar and hurray home.
I started at a distance of 25 m, the air rifle easily breaks through the 2 cm
plate. When I had done enough, I took the target to 50 m. I was amazed,
I fit in 4 cm and the air rifle was still breaking through the plate. What can
I say. Shot in the wind, no stool, no recoil, I'm looking forward to better
weather conditions and having the gun at full power all the time.
I should also mention that I took the number of shots (55) listed in the specs
with a grain of salt, but I actually shot at least 60 rounds.
– addition of the 100 m shooting test to the review
Measured muzzle velocity 247 m/s – 50 joule
The drop of the Jsb Heavy is considerable at this distance, which is probably
normal for the weight of a 6.35 mm diabolo, but the bullet is more compact. It
should be added that even at a distance of 100 m the air rifle still punches
through a 2 cm thick chipboard, which is astonishing. To put this in
perspective, a 5.5 mm diabolo fired from a 14 joule air rifle at a distance of
10 m will only penetrate this board to the edge, while a conventional cut board
will go 1 cm deep. Particleboard is incomparably tougher than plain wood.
I am curious to see how far the Reximex Zone S can drive through this board.
Two years of using the Zone S and I'm back with an addition to the review. The
100m shot from the bench and under optimal conditions is 4×5cm. I haven't had
to change the o-rings on the gun yet, the pressures still hold. The only
recorded drop is on the regulator from 130 bar to 120, which I corrected by
simply setting the regulator to 140 bar. The set screw is very sensitive, it
needs to be adjusted with feeling. Also disassembly and assembly is simple,
I peeked at the instructions on the Reximex youtube channel. The gun now has
optimum performance. So in conclusion, I am still impressed.

I am a gun license holder and own several short and long firearms. I've also
been wanting to try out some PCP airguns. I chose this air rifle as a
compromise between price, performance and size. The performance of the gun is
very decent. The design of the rail for mounting the riflescope was the deciding
factor in my choice. It is solid and holds in three points. No weakness. I know
that a weak mount can devalue an otherwise decent gun with lower accuracy.
Performance is sufficient when shooting at 100 yards using good quality
diabolos. The air rifle also looks like a normal gun, not like diving equipment
:-) (That was a joke). I understand that a larger air cartridge will allow for
more shots per fill. Here the capacity is about 260 cc and that's also pretty
decent.
