New videos and reviews every day 6000+ reviews from our customers The BSA Buccaneer Pro Beech 5,5mm is a PCP air rifle with a classic beechwood stock. Its main advantages include a side cocking lever, a new two-stage trigger and an integrated regulator ensuring more stable air delivery and more consistent performance.
The stock is made from beechwood and combines a traditional appearance with a practical grip. The surface features stipple checkering, which provides a more secure hold during handling. The wood is stained and finished with a matte lacquer. The stock features an ambidextrous fixed cheekpiece and a rubber buttpad.
The PCP propulsion system is equipped with an integrated regulator to achieve maximum performance stability. The propellant in the form of compressed air is stored in an air cylinder with a capacity of 122,30 cc, connected to an power plenum with a capacity of 18,60 cc, giving the system a total capacity of 140,90 cc. The current pressure can be checked on the analogue pressure gauge, with a maximum filling pressure of 232 Bar.
Cocking is operated using a side straight-pull cocking lever, located on the right side of the action.
The PRO version is fitted with an adjustable two-stage trigger with a curved blade. Both the first and second stage of travel can be adjusted, allowing you to customise it according to your own preferences and needs.
The safety feature is provided by a manual safety catch, which allows you to lock the trigger and thus prevent an accidental discharge.
The accuracy of every shot is ensured by a cold-hammer-forged barrel with a length of 470 mm. It features 12 grooves, a 1:19 in twist rate and a choked end. The barrel muzzle is fitted with a 1/2" x 20 UNF thread, onto which you can screw a sound moderator.
Optics are essential for accurate shooting – they are not included in the pack, but a 22mm mounting rail is provided for them.
