British company Air Arms is a top manufacturer of PCP air rifles. As the name suggests, the S510 Ultimate Sporter R model is literally the ultimate rifle created to win in shooting competitions. In .22 / 5.5 mm calibre it is suitable not only for target shooting, but can also deal with small pests.
The first thing that catches the eye is the beautiful and ergonomically shaped stock. It is finished with a rubber butt pad, but the main role in ensuring maximum shooter comfort is played by the adjustable cheekpiece. Thanks to this, the rifle fits every shooter perfectly. The new cocking system with a side lever is definitely more comfortable than the bolt on the S410 series.
Air Arms S510 Ultimate Sporter R boasts a highly accurate Lothar Walther barrel. It has 12 grooves, which guarantee perfect accuracy. The manufacturer has also thought about your sensitive neighbours and has equipped the rifle as standard with a very effective moderator.
The air cylinder is filled to 190 bar and provides a sufficient air supply for at least 60 shots. Shooting with a magazine is, of course, possible.
The match trigger is fully adjustable and the safety is located directly on the trigger guard. We are very pleased with the placement of the mounting studs for a shooting sling or bipod; the front stud is mounted on a sliding rail and offers the option of more convenient adjustment.
The R in the rifle’s name designates the version with a pressure regulator.
