They help you significantly reduce impacts and thus protect your joints from pain.
Thanks to the Fast Lock system, you can quickly adjust your poles to the desired length in the range from 63 to 135 cm. The poles are also equipped with protective elements such as rubber tip covers and two sizes of baskets. With the help of a plastic holder, you can quickly clip them together and store them in the car or in a cupboard.
