The HW 90 model is the first model from this German manufacturer that uses a gas piston instead of a classic spring, which brings advantages in the form of reduced recoil and lower noise. After each cocking the safety is engaged automatically. The wooden stock has decorative checkering on the grip and fore-end and is designed for right-handed shooters. At the end of the stock there is a rubber butt pad, which increases comfort by dampening the recoil acting on the shoulder.
Precise aiming is provided by classic iron sights, which can, if needed, be replaced by a riflescope thanks to the presence of an 11mm dovetail rail.
The main advantage is the Rekord match trigger, which is fully adjustable, offering great possibilities for adaptation to every type of shooting.
