Don't be put off by the fact that this is the lower end of the Vortex range of scopes, as this model, with its 2-7x magnification and deliberate V-Plex crosshairs, definitely has something to offer.
Bright and clear images, fast focusing, multi-layer lens coatings and new improved chimneys ensure optimum performance. The Vortex Crossfire II is completely made of anodized duralumin, making it highly resistant to recoil damage. The tube is filled with nitrogen to prevent lens fogging. All these advantages make it unbeatable in its price range.
Rectification is in MOA, clicking in 1/4 MOA. That's roughly 7.35 mm per 100 meters. All crosses in the Crossfire II series are in the second focal plane, so the magnification setting does not change the size of the cross. The parallax is fixed at 50 yards (45.7 m).
