It is used for mounting a riflescope or other device with a 25.4 mm tube on a 16 mm rail, which is typical especially for rimfire rifles. An Allen key is also included with the aluminium alloy mount.
The mount height is 20 mm from the lower part of the ring to the bottom edge of the mount.
