Bipod Venox 6-9" is an ideal tactical accessory for every shooter at longer distances. The manufacturer has used a durable aluminium alloy, thanks to which the bipod easily withstands recoil. You can extend the bipod legs as you wish up to a maximum length of 22 cm. If you want shorter legs, don’t worry, they have five different positions, in which you secure the leg using a metal lock. You extend the legs only after releasing the lock located at the bottom part of the leg. You release it by pressing the entire metal plate. Even though you have to push the leg back into the body manually, you can easily do it with one hand.
This is a classic bipod with two positions, parallel and perpendicular to the barrel. Strong metal springs along the legs prevent the legs from moving on their own during shooting. Your rifle therefore should not move an inch. You set the leg into the correct position by pulling it away from the gun and secure it with the opposite movement. Rubber feet at the end of the legs also ensure the stability of the gun and will not slip even on smooth surfaces.
Another key element of the bipod is the adapter. You can mount only HBA 11/22 mm type adapters on the bipod. Just loosen the screw on the underside of the bipod, remove the roller from the upper part of the head and insert the exposed lugs into the opening in the bottom part of the adapter. Then tighten the screw again and the adapter is attached. You fix it to the gun using the supplied Allen keys.
Unlike the Fix version, this bipod also has a joint that allows for side tilting of the gun. Thanks to this, you do not have to change your shooting position with every slight correction. The joint is secured by a lever at the front of the bipod. You just need to loosen it. If you unscrew it completely, you lose the possibility to adjust the joint. Compared to the Fix version, the bipod also has coated metal springs and a rubber pad between the adapter and the bipod body.
