The tube itself is filled with nitrogen and is made from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminium. The optics do not fog up, are waterproof, and can withstand the recoil of powerful hunting calibres.
The low-profile turrets are lockable and must be pulled up before making adjustments. The value of one click is 1/10 MRAD. Parallax adjustment is possible from 10 yards (9.14 m) to infinity.
The tactical reticle MPN-1 is located in the second focal plane, so its size does not change with the selected magnification. The reticle is etched directly into the lens glass, which further enhances the overall durability of the scope.
This model is capable of withstanding 750 g (unit of gravitational acceleration), which is equivalent to the recoil of firearms chambered in .223 and .308.
