The 6061 T6 aircraft-grade aluminium tube has a diameter of 30 mm and is filled with nitrogen, which prevents the lenses from fogging up during sudden temperature changes. This model meets the IPX6 standard and is therefore resistant to water ingress.
The greatest pride of this riflescope is undoubtedly its optical system. German LaREE and VePRO FMC lenses guarantee a crystal-clear image and, in combination with the 56 mm objective, offer up to 90% light transmission. Thanks to this, you can use this model even in low-light conditions.
The adjustment turrets also deserve attention. The top turret for elevation adjustment features a Zero Stop function, which allows you to zero the turret at any chosen zeroing distance and at the same time prevents you from dialing below this set value. You can therefore easily return to your selected starting position. The right turret for windage adjustment is lockable, so you have to pull it up before each adjustment.
The clicks themselves are very distinct and each click can be reliably felt and heard. The adjustment is in milliradians and the value of one click is 1/10 MRAD (1 cm at 100 m). On the left turret you can adjust the parallax, which is adjustable here in the range from 15 yards (13.7 m) to infinity. You can also control the reticle illumination level here. You can choose from a total of 6 brightness levels. The illumination is powered by a single CR2032 lithium battery (not included), which only needs to be inserted into the left turret.
The tactical reticle VCT-20A is etched directly into the lens glass and can withstand recoil of up to 6000 J. The reticle is clearly visible and is located in the second focal plane, so the chosen magnification does not affect its size. The layout of this reticle in combination with the wide range of variable magnification makes it an ideal choice for long-range shooting.
The package includes a two-piece mount for Picatinny rail, sunshade, spare elevation turret, lens caps and a cleaning cloth for the optics.
This model is able to withstand 750 g (unit of gravitational acceleration), which is equivalent to the recoil of firearms in .223 and .308 calibres.
