High-quality workmanship and a beautifully clear image are a matter of course.
The Valiant Kronos optics have undergone demanding tests to withstand the toughest conditions. The reinforced tube is made from a single piece of aircraft-grade duralumin and is nitrogen-filled. This prevents internal fogging of the optical system during sudden temperature changes. The etched glass reticle is extremely resistant to vibrations caused by the movement of the string.
The fixed 4x magnification makes this crossbow scope an ideal choice for short‑range shooting. The objective lens has a diameter of 40 mm and together with the 30 mm tube provides more than sufficient light transmission. This is further enhanced by a special fully multi‑coated lens finish with anti‑reflection treatment. Thanks to this, it is possible to observe targets even in low‑light conditions.
The low‑profile adjustment turrets are exposed and allow quick correction in any conditions. The clicks are precise and one click equals 1/2 MOA. The left turret is used to control the reticle illumination and houses a CR2032 battery compartment. Brightness can be set in 11 levels of red.
There is also dioptre adjustment in the range from -3 to +3. It is supplied including lens caps and a practical tool for resetting the turrets to zero.
