The key innovation of the EPIC series is the reticle positioned in the first focal plane, which means its size changes depending on the magnification. This model uses an etched reticle MIL-F25 with 6 levels of green illumination, which, in combination with the high variable magnification of 5-25x, is suitable for shooting at medium and long distances.
The lenses are made of ED glass (Extra Low Dispersion) and additionally coated with an anti-reflective layer, which ultimately guarantees an unrivalled clear and sharp image without chromatic aberration. The rifle scope is also nitrogen-filled, which prevents the internal optical system from fogging up during sudden temperature changes.
Exposed turrets are used to adjust the reticle; they are resettable (Zero Stop) and lockable (Premium Locking System – to turn them, you first need to pull them up). The click value is 1/10 MRAD. The turrets are large enough and clearly separate individual clicks, so you can easily operate them even when wearing gloves. The clicks themselves are very pronounced – you can feel each click with your fingers and also hear it clearly. Parallax is adjustable from 20 yards to infinity using the turret on the left side of the scope, which directly invites you to add a side wheel to the parallax adjustment. The eyepiece of the scope features dioptre adjustment of -2.5/+2.5.
The EPIC series rifle scopes have undergone demanding tests to perform even in the toughest conditions. The reinforced 34mm tube is made from a single piece of black anodised aircraft-grade aluminium alloy and is capable of withstanding even heavy recoil corresponding to the .375 H&H calibre, i.e. over 6000 J.

The advantages of this rifle scope, considering the price category it is in,
would be the quality of workmanship and apparent durability. The turret
workmanship seems to be excellent, the clicking is accurate with sufficient
resistance, the possibility of resetting for subsequent return to the original
shot and I consider the locking itself to be very positive. However, the
quality of the mechanism itself will be tested by longer practice, especially
for shooters who shoot longer distances and click a lot. The deliberate cross in
the first focal plane with the option of several levels of backlighting is also
a great advantage. The cross is really subtle, precise, yet easy to see. The
34mm tube had its justification, the luminosity is good for such a riflescope,
but in twilight the quality is weaker at maximum magnification. I would say
that the maximum drawback is the weight, otherwise I am satisfied with this
optic and I think that those who want to shoot accurately at longer distances
and are looking for a riflescope for about 18k will be satisfied.
