The regulator is installed inside the air cylinder of the Taipan Slash air rifle and, when correctly adjusted, ensures that each shot receives the same amount of air, regardless of the current pressure in the bottle. This results in greater consistency of muzzle velocity and more stable ballistics.
In terms of design, it is a fully adjustable internal regulator from Huma-Air, manufactured with high precision. It is designed to be compatible exclusively with Taipan Slash models. The concept includes the option of fine‑tuning the output pressure according to the characteristics of the particular rifle and the ammunition used.
Huma-Air uses high-quality seals and precisely machined parts in its regulators, which contributes to a long service life.
