Tickless tick repeller works on the principle of ultrasonic waves at a frequency of 40 kHz. Ultrasound blocks the Haller’s organ in ticks, preventing them from targeting a potential source of blood. The ultrasonic waves emitted by the device are completely inaudible and harmless to humans and domestic animals. This provides an effective means of protecting a dog or cat against parasites.
Tickless Human is also effective against fleas and mosquitoes. The device only needs to be attached to the collar using a clip or a cord. It is not recommended to cover the openings that emit ultrasonic waves. Covering or blocking the openings may lead to improper operation of the device. The repeller is not hazardous to health or the environment.
