Tickless tick repeller works on the principle of ultrasonic waves at a frequency of 40 kHz. Ultrasound blocks the Haller’s organ in ticks, preventing them from locating a potential source of blood. The ultrasonic waves emitted by the device are completely inaudible and harmless to people and pets. This provides an effective means of protecting your dog or cat against parasites.
Tickless Human is also effective against fleas and mosquitoes. The device only needs to be attached to the collar using a clip or a cord. It is not recommended to cover the openings that emit the ultrasonic waves. Covering or blocking the openings may result in improper operation of the device. The repeller is not dangerous to health or the environment.
