The brand Taipan Airguns has specialized for many years in the production of compact bullpup-type PCP air rifles, characterized by the highest possible manufacturing quality, premium materials, unrivalled accuracy, and 100% reliability.
Currently, all air rifles are assembled and serviced in the Czech Republic. However, the Taipan story began in Ukraine, when two engineers from Kyiv came up with the idea of building a PCP air rifle according to their own vision. One of them even took part in the development of what was then the largest aircraft in the world – the Antonov An-225 Mrija. After an agreement, we backed their project as the company BULLET PROJECT, and this is how the brand Taipan Airguns was created.
After four years of research and development, production of the new Czech bullpup air rifles full of innovative solutions started under the name Veteran I. A few years later, we introduced completely redesigned air rifles Veteran II, which met with success all over the world. And now it is time to present something entirely new – the first semi-automatic PCP air rifle from Taipan with the fitting name SLASH.
Subtle design, semi-automatic firing mode, extreme power. These are just some of the many advantages of the brand-new PCP air rifle from Taipan.
As is clear at first glance, this bullpup is not just another continuation of the Veteran line. It is a completely new air rifle and does not take a single component from previous models. That is exactly why the designers gave it the concise and apt name SLASH.
The key element of the new Taipan is clearly the semi-automatic firing mode. After many years of research, the designers managed to develop and patent a revolutionary valve, which is characterized by exceptionally fast opening and closing. The result is high power with minimal air consumption.

The new “tacticool” iteration of the Taipan Veteran II rifle is aimed at
customers who prefer a more modern and tactical look and want something a bit
more unorthodox. Taipan Veteran II Tactical comes outfitted with a 480 ccm
kevlar bottle for increased air volume. The free floating barrel is fully
shrouded and has an extended sound moderator.
