Adventure Menu Lightweight is a product line of dried foods from 100% natural ingredients coming from the Czech producer Adventure Menu. With the Lightweight range you save up to 80% weight and 30% energy. Just add water to these products up to the crease inside the bag and wait for them to rehydrate. Then you just heat them up in a pot or self-heating system and you have food on the go just like home (and often better).
Spicy Kettle with Bulgur is a very filling meal that will replenish your energy and also keep you warm on the go. The combination of pork leg, turkey thigh meat and bulgur delivers a nutritious meal with a nice kick thanks to the hot peppers and chilli. There's nothing like having a wholesome main meal on a mountain ridge or on a multi-day trip in the countryside, especially without the hassle of making a fire and cooking. Adventure Menu has done the almost impossible and added another piece to the Czech MRE (meal ready to eat).
The Spicy Kettle contains 16% pork, 14% turkey, 13% wheat bulgur, onion, paprika sausage (pork, salt, paprika, cumin, garlic), bacon, mushrooms, corn and rice flour, rapeseed oil, sterilised capers (paprika, vinegar, salt, sugar), garlic, sterilised hot peppers (hot peppers, water, vinegar, salt), salt, chilli and pepper. In total, inside you'll find 7.6% fat, 2.6% saturated fat, 7.9% protein, 13.9% carbohydrates, 0.6% sugars and 1.3% salt. In total, it gives you 424 kcal (1,780 kJ).
The package measures 21 x 18 x 5 cm and weighs only 122 g. Inside you will find 107g of food. After pouring water over it, you get one full serving. The total weight of the meal will then be 400 g.
