It is a spring-powered air rifle, and therefore its design is very simple and at the same time trouble-free. This air rifle has a polymer stock, which is textured with engraving at the grip area for a better and, above all, more stable hold. A rubber butt pad at the end of the stock, which increases shooting comfort, is a matter of course. The stock is ambidextrous and is therefore suitable for both left- and right-handed shooters.
This model is also equipped with fiber optic sights (TRU-GLO system). Thanks to this system, we can shoot even in low-light conditions. The front sight is protected by a plastic hood to prevent it from being damaged. Horizontal and vertical adjustment of the sights is very simple and smooth. If the open sights are not sufficient for you, you can mount a scope on the air rifle thanks to the 11 mm dovetail rail.
A manual safety preventing accidental discharge is, of course, included. Please note that the safety is not automatic and must always be engaged manually.
The barrel of this rifle is rifled and therefore sufficiently accurate.
A major advantage of this rifle is its weight, which is only 2800 g. For this reason, the rifle is also suitable for beginner shooters.
Our experience: this is a basic spring air rifle model from the proven manufacturer SPA. During testing we did not encounter any problems and can therefore highly recommend this air rifle to beginners and hobby shooters. The only downside is the manual safety, which does not engage automatically when the rifle is cocked. For this reason you must be careful, especially if your children will also be shooting. Accuracy up to 20 metres is sufficient. In calibre 5.5 mm this air rifle is mainly suitable for fun plinking and destructive shooting.
