Zulu Ultralight 900 is a three-season sleeping bag suitable for cycle touring, hiking or bivouacking. It is ideal for users with a body height of up to 175 cm. The inside of the sleeping bag is filled with Warmthal microfibre, which keeps you warm even with a low pack volume. Compared to down sleeping bags, it is not susceptible to moisture and is also suitable for allergy sufferers. And if the sleeping bag does get damp, you can turn it inside out and hang it up by the loops inside the bag.
At the very bottom of the sleeping bag you will find a pocket for storing your wallet or phone. For someone to steal them, they would have to undress you from the entire sleeping bag. Once you get into the mummy-shaped sleeping bag, you can ensure maximum insulation by tightening the collar drawcord around your neck. This way no warmth will escape.
The sleeping bag is closed with a two-way YKK zip. You can easily zip it up from the inside and, on warm nights, you can also open it from the foot end. The zip also allows you to join it with a second Zulu Ultralight sleeping bag. They don’t even have to be from the same series (700, 900 and 1400); you only need to make sure it is a right–left zip combination. Otherwise you cannot connect them. This sleeping bag has a right zip.
The sleeping bag takes up minimal space; specifically, it packs down to a cylinder with a height of 30 cm and a diameter of 14 cm. It easily fits into a backpack or a motorcycle storage compartment. You will also appreciate its low weight of 800 g. The total length of the sleeping bag is 215 cm. The width at the shoulders is 75 cm, and at the feet 50 cm. Both the outer and inner shell are made of polyester micro ripstop.
