The inner space of the mat consists of a high-porosity foam core, which is covered with fabric using lamination technology. When the valve is opened, the foam material draws in air and thus gains its typical shape.
When deflating je nutné first unscrew the valve; by gradually compressing it, the inner space will slowly empty. In the deflated state (58x15 cm), the mat can be conveniently carried in a backpack or hand luggage.
