Lyra is a modernly designed multi-shot PCP air rifle, characterized by an ambidextrous ergonomic walnut stock with a pistol grip and checkering in the gripping areas. A sufficiently long cheekpiece and a rubber buttpad ensure a comfortable shoulder mount. For attaching a sling or bipod there are two swivels on the stock and fore-end.
Accurate shooting is ensured by a 580 mm barrel ending in a standard 1/2 UNF thread for a sound moderator. When shooting, a straight-pull cocking lever and a magazine for 10 pellets are used. The fired pellet with an energy of 57 J reaches a muzzle velocity of 260 m/s.
The internal mechanism is powered by compressed air, which is supplied via a charging quickfill port and stored in a 280 cc air cylinder with a maximum pressure of 200 Bar (2900 psi). The pressure level can be easily read on the analog pressure gauge.
Due to the absence of iron sights, the air rifle must be equipped with an optic, for which the top mounting rail weaver 22 mm is prepared.
Protection against unintentional discharge is provided by a manual safety located directly in the trigger area. Four ways of trigger adjustment (first stage, second stage, trigger blade position, and pull weight) allow maximum customization of the trigger action for every shooter.
