Super optics
I'm adding some observations from mounting on Crossman Vantage air rifle.
1) The optic is much longer than the original (supplied with the air rifle), so the adjustable sight must be removed. The scope cap will hang up
2) due to the increased length, the sun visor screwed into the optic cannot be used either (moving it all the way back is not an option due to optimal shooter eye relief)…cannot break the barrel and reload.
3) Even if a long Venox mount (11/30) is used and there is a gap of some millimeters between the barrel and the tube, the supplied lens cap cannot be fitted without modification. The wall thickness is a bit too much.
Therefore, mount without the lens cap fully fitted !
