The complaints department employee behaved arrogantly. He said I shouldn’t have unpacked it when I saw that it was old. He didn’t understand that without unpacking it, I wouldn’t have found out. The whole discussion with him was one big display of unwillingness.

  • DO NOT BUY!!! The product is probably old. The finish component is dried out. It is thicker than honey. It cannot be spread.
