A shotgun is a perfect home defense weapon but it might be a bit too big for concealed carry. You definitely wouldn’t want to be hit with a .68 caliber (17,3 mm) rubber projectile but you can even increase its effectiveness by using pepper projectiles. They have enough power to stop almost every attacker. Not to mention the fact that you can shoot two projectiles simultaneously. Umarex HSD 68 RAM shotgun gives you the option to choose if you want to shoot from each barrel separately or from both at the same time. It is powered by a standard 12g CO2 cartridge which must be inserted into the grip. The cap on the lower side of the grip can be used to pierce the CO2 cartridge when the need arises. All you have to do is to hit it with your hand. This system allows you to carry the gun with the CO2 cartridge inside for a long time and pierce it only when you need it. You don’t have to worry about damaging the seals.
