Pulsar thermal targets are used for zeroing thermal imaging riflescopes.
For successful use of the thermal targets, follow the 10 steps below:
- The set is activated by air, do not open the package until you are ready to use the target.
- Open the package and remove the thermal target.
- Note! When removing the target, make sure you do not damage it.
- Remove the paper strip from the back of the thermal target to expose the adhesive surface.
- Stick the thermal target to the centre of the paper target marked with a circle.
- Note! The thermal target will heat up on its own within 3–5 minutes. There is no need to shake it.
- Place the paper target in the desired location.
- Aim at the heated target and focus the objective on the object so that the thermal target is clearly visible.
- Zero the scope according to the instructions.
- Thanks to the round shape and small diameter of the patch, the point-of-impact deviation can be eliminated after only a few shots.
- Duration of the chemical reaction: 10–20 minutes on a cold surface (depending on weather conditions).
