The quality of Optisan rifle scopes needs no long introduction. The high recoil resistance of up to 6000 J and waterproof is a matter of course. The one-piece 30 mm diameter tube is filled with nitrogen so that the optics do not fog.
Multiple anti-reflective coating (FMC) ensures fair colour rendering. A deliberate red dot G4 base is etched into the glass in the second focal plane. The intensity of the backlight can be controlled in six stages, and the switch has intermediate positions for on/off.
Low profile chimneys are covered. The rectification step is 0.2 MRAD/100 m (1 click = 2 cm/100 m). The clicks are very precise and distinctive.
