It has three sections with variable height adjustment, which, together with the rubber feet, can be used even in more difficult terrain. Between the tripod legs there is a metal central brace that ensures sufficient stability.
It boasts a fluid pan head with lever control. You attach and, if needed, adjust it using the lower locking screw. Two bubble levels for setting the horizontal and vertical plane will also help you with this. The head moves smoothly with an automated fluid motion. You adjust the tilt of the head using the lever, whose angle you can adapt to your preferences. For precise video and photo work you will also appreciate the option to lock the vertical or horizontal plane using the locking screws.
A wide quick-release plate with a standard 1/4" and 3/8" tripod screw is mounted on the head. You can attach any spotting scope, camera or camcorder up to 4 kg as needed. The maximum working height of the tripod is 180 cm (plus 10 cm head) and its total weight is 2.9 kg. This ensures high stability while still not being too heavy for work in the field.
