It combines a practical 7 cm blade made of quality stainless steel with a comfortable wooden handle and an integrated brush for cleaning your catch directly in the forest. Thanks to its folding design, it is safe to carry in a pocket or basket and becomes the ideal companion both for occasional mushroom pickers and for enthusiasts who head into the woods regularly.
The knife is fitted with a 7 cm long blade made of stainless steel, which is easy to maintain and resistant to moisture – exactly what you need in a rainy forest. The shape of the blade is optimised for gentle cutting of mushrooms at the stem so they are not crushed and the surrounding mycelium is not damaged. The folding design is secured by a liner lock, which firmly fixes the blade in the open position and provides a feeling of confidence during use.
The handle is made of wood, which gives the knife a traditional look and a pleasant feel in the hand. The ergonomic shape makes it easier to maintain a secure grip when cutting and cleaning mushrooms, so the knife sits well in the palm even during longer use. The natural material also matches the forest environment – in the basket next to the mushrooms it looks completely natural. The whole is additionally complemented by a practical scale.
At the end of the handle you will find an integrated brush, which is invaluable for immediately cleaning mushrooms from needles, soil, or moss before placing them in the basket.
