PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Minelab X-Terra Pro is an entry-level model aimed mainly at beginners or hobby detectorists. Its previous versions were already very popular, and it is no different in this case. In operation it uses the proven Pro Switch technology developed by Minelab, which gives it incredible efficiency.
The detector construction features a three-piece carbon shaft that weighs only 1.3 kg and can easily be collapsed to a length of 63 cm, which is very useful for storage or transport. Thanks to its IP68 waterproof rating down to a depth of 5 m, you can take it practically anywhere.
When working with the detector you will appreciate the clear and user-friendly control interface. The centre of all operations is a black-and-white display with red backlight on which all function settings are shown. It is operated via classic buttons, which you use to set the search mode (2x Park, 2x Field, 2x Beach), operating frequency (5, 8, 10, 15 kHz), detection sensitivity (1–25), or to switch on the All-Metal mode or precise PinPoint detection.
Searching and target identification is made easier by the audio signalling, which immediately lets you know whether you have found a valuable object. You can listen to the signal either through the speaker or directly in headphones. The vibration signalling is also very practical, and in bad weather the built-in LED flashlight comes in handy.
Power is supplied by a single lithium battery 3.7V/5100mAh, for which a charging cable is included.
Together with the detector you receive as standard a coil – 12" V12X 2D – and the Pro-Find 20 hand-held pinpointer.
