This robust dagger is part of the “Válečný veterán” project – a joint initiative of Mikov and the Military Solidarity Fund. Each knife bears its own serial number and year of manufacture.
The massive full-tang blade with double-edged cutting edge is made of stainless steel with increased carbon content Böhler N690 with a hardness of 58-60 HRC. The blade is then coated with a highly durable DLC surface finish (Diamond-Like Carbon).
The handle scales are made from G10 fibreglass laminate composed of black and olive layers. This composite is highly resistant to mechanical damage, does not deform when in contact with water or with temperature changes, and its texture ensures excellent grip even in a sweaty hand.
The package also includes an olive-coloured Kydex sheath with a belt loop, retention strap, and threaded paracord.
The Golak knife was designed by Major Ing. Roman Hippík and for each piece sold, the Military Solidarity Fund receives 300 CZK.
