The dish contains 38% red lentils, 17% chopped tomatoes, onion, salt, turmeric, garam masala, ground coriander, cumin, garlic, ginger, chilli and fresh coriander. In total, inside you will find 2.7% fat, 1.2% saturated fat, 8.2% protein, 15% carbohydrates, 1.3% sugars and 1% salt. Total, it will give you 413 kcal (1729 kJ).
