Water Filter Sawyer Single MINI Violet SP350A

Sawyer SP350A is a practical and lightweight travel filter in a purple design. It is a very simple filtration system with an enormous service life. The manufacturer guarantees it can filter up to 100,000 gallons of water, which equals more than 378,000 litres in the metric system.

The filter itself weighs only 65 g, so you can always have it at hand. On one side, the filter has a covered mouthpiece you can drink from or use to fill water bottles. On the other side of the filter there is an inlet where you can attach either a rubber hose, the included bottle, or any PET bottle with water.

The PointONE technology used in the Sawyer water filter has an absolute pore size of 0.1 micron. Thanks to this, it removes 99.99999% of all harmful bacteria such as salmonella, cholera, and E. coli. We recommend filtering only water without solid particles such as sand or mud. Otherwise, the filter would clog unnecessarily and you would need to clean it more often.

Its only potential weakness is its sensitivity to frost. If the filter is wet and freezes, it may crack or be damaged in some way. In that case, we no longer recommend using it.
