Great ammo for longer distance but nothing for weaker air rifles or windguns, personally I have a snowpeak M25 40 joules and honestly it would still need more power but over 50 meters 100% better centerfire than pellets so clear choice for longer distances

if I can help from some tests performed with STX liner slug 700 on Impact, the best speeds for a discreet precision for 100 meters are recommended close to 300 m / s Both .216 and .217 have been tried with similar results with this liner.
