Invisible fence Dogtrace d-fence 1001 is a unique way to limit your dog’s movement on your property. The dog will move freely only in areas where there is no danger and where it cannot cause any damage. It consists of a transmitting generator, a receiver and an antenna. The antenna is a simple insulated wire. The antenna wire must be purchased separately for this product.

The generator transmits a signal to the antenna wire, with which you can mark out the selected area using a warning zone and a correction zone. The receiver attached to the dog’s collar picks up the signal emitted from the installed antenna wire. If the dog crosses the boundary of the warning zone, the collar starts to emit an intermittent sound signal. If the dog does not react to the audible warning and also crosses the boundary of the correction zone, the collar emits an audible signal and a correction impulse at the same time. You can easily adjust the intensity of the correction impulse as well as the width of both the correction and warning zones.

The number of dogs with a receiver attached to the collar is not limited. The collar is compact and water-resistant and, thanks to its low weight and ergonomic design, it is suitable for all dog breeds. The set is suitable for installation with a wire length of up to 1200 m. For different lengths, it is necessary to choose a suitable cross-section of the antenna wire.

You can use the device on any type of terrain and its installation is very simple. For the invisible fence system to work, you must connect the wire to the transmitter and create an unbroken loop of wire (avoid damaging it). From the transmitter, unwind the wire around the property. You can lay the wire on the ground, bury it underground (max. 10 cm deep), or attach it to an existing fence or wall (max. 30 cm above the ground).

You can also buy additional packs of antenna wire and connect them using insulation displacement connectors. If you want the dog to be able to move freely through a specific area of the property where the wire has to run, wind the outgoing wire around the incoming one. Twisting the conductors together cancels out the signal and the dog can pass through this section.
