Helko Werk

The history of this German company dates back to 1844, when members of the Helsper family founded a factory in the town of Wuppertal, where they produced woodworking tools. Over time, the company’s reputation grew and its products began to be supplied to Africa, Asia and America. Since the 1930s the manufacturer has been known under the name Helko, which was created by combining the surnames Helsper and Kotthaus, their business partner at the time.
